Hey, I'm Alex, I was on house teams at UCB, and I'd love to fight you and your whole group. Oh, you want me to coach you instead? That's fun too!

My experience: At UCB, I performed on Harold Night with the spooky freaks of Ritual, and I was on the iconic Lloyd team Buckets! I sat in once with the Stepfathers and absolutely shat the bed. These days, I play with the lovely psychos of Asian AF, and I'm part of the indie underground sensations Birdie & Dusty and Potato Dinner. I've also been on house teams at the Armory in NY and WIT in DC, and I've trained at UCB in NY and BATS in San Francisco. I taught a headliner workshop at the SteelStacks Improv Festival. This is all to say that I know that improv is made up on the spot and not scripted.

I like drilling the fundamentals of emotional honesty and game, I like experimenting with forms and styles, I like melon and prosciutto, I like the way the sky goes purple on the block where I grew up before the night sets in. I like whatever you like to do!
